OZON Corporate Development Team (ex-Goldman Sachs, Baring Vostok Capital Partners, Renaissance Capital) is expanding and seeking for bright recent graduate or final year MA student with a deep interest and knowledge in corporate finance and e-commerce and tech industries to join us as Analyst. We present an opportunity to be engaged in projects related to Russian and Global Market and Company Research in E-commerce, Fintech and other industries to generate Strategic Insights, as well as Corporate Finance and Strategy and Capital Markets.

Requirements:

• Top university with Economics/Finance/Math major – recent graduate or final-year MA student
• 1-2 years experience in PE / VC or IBD / Equity Research from international / state banks or consulting with projects related to market and business research
• Experience in global ecommerce and tech industries analysis is a strong plus
• Robust knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting
• Availability to work full-time and hard-working
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
